Going Back to the Place I Love
I would visit this special town just an hour’s ferry ride away. It’s a small town I have fond memories of. Warm and smiling faces greet you wherever you go. Everyday food is gourmet quality. People are caring and fun loving. You will always hear someone laugh and excitedly talk about the day’s events. Everywhere you go, whether to the supermarket during the day or a nightclub late at night, you will likely bump into someone you know. I used to have a house there but have moved to a new town now. I visit every now and then and used to stay at a hotel. I recently discovered a great bed and breakfast that feels like home. I’ve stayed there the last 5 times that I’ve returned to that quaint little town. I’ll always remember where it’s at because it’s named after the street it sits on, 11th Street. The staff and the owner of that b & b will be seeing more of me for years to come whenever I visit that City of Smiles.
