Obviously, fresh cut flowers have a freshness and brightness, and an aroma, that will give a wedding day a powerful visual and sensory boost. There is just something magic about fresh flowers that draws us all in. I well remember the wonder effect that freshly cut and arranged flowers had on my daughter at her wedding. Friends brought the boxes of bouquets and reception blooms to our home as she was getting dressed, and when the lids were lifted off, the the perfectly formed and fresh flowers were revealed on white, they took away the breath of all of us. They were almost living, even though they’d been cut just a few hours ago. The florist had drops of water sitting on the white petals. And, as I say the fresh cut flowers were awe inspiring.
