Is it a Good Idea?
It would have to be to pass through the United Stated patent and trademark office, that’s for sure. With the conception of an invention, a person starts to get excited. They always think that their invention is the best in the entire world. however, this is not always the case. Just because you came up with a good idea, doesn’t mean it’s good enough to be patented. you need to first make sure that no one else has patented it irst. because if they did, you need to keep thinking until you can come up with a good idea that is good enough to pass for a “new’ or extremely different idea to receive a patent, in any country.
