It is Not All About Appliances
I have friends that want to do take auditor training and do not understand what it takes to get started. When I go over everything I learned during HERS rater training, the laziness seems to appear. It is not for the lazy. There is software training. You get to use these awesome machines and even looking for minor things is essential. It is amazing how you can go everyday and not consider that the different ways in which you can save energy without even spending a fortune. Appliances are just a small portion of what it takes to make a home efficient.
