Superman Shoulders

Here are some ideas to get your shoulders super pumped.  Always start your shoulder workout with a big heavy movement like the standing military press. Its not only great for you delts but your entire body aswell.  This exercise will heavily work the entire muscle group of the shoulders.  You can do these with dumbells or a barbell.  Move on from there to shrugs.  HEAVY SHRUGS.  I like to train traps on shoulder day, and I really enjoy training them.For fast workouts incorperate supersets into your routine.  I would from there go to something like bent reverse fly’s with no support, superset with front raises.  Try it out.  It will burn your shoulders up.
