More Ways To Exercise
You don’t have to go to the rec center or get a whole bunch of fitness equipment to stay in shape. All you really need to do is go outside and do things. Even yard work can be great exercise, like raking leaves or shoveling snow. Also, during the summer go for a swim or take a walk or run, or even a bike ride. Playing sports is a fun way to exercise and you may not even realize how healthy it is for you while you’re doing it. Staying active is the easiest way to exercise because you are doing things that you enjoy or doing things that need to get done anyway.
