working your core muscles right
hitting all of the muscles in your core can be more then you might actually know about. therre a re4 sets of muscles that make up your abs alone. when you are training them you should use a few different exercises that will hit them and stimulate a response. the obliques are another story. i like to use side bends at the cable station and also broom stick twists on a bench to hit them. these are all basic exercsies that are nothing fancy and also are proven to be effective. these are both exercises that burn belly fat and also get your core stronger.
