Back Injury needs Treatment
I decided to take up running and work towards long distance running as a way to lose weight and get my body healthy. I also have a back injury that I hoped the weight loss and muscle toning would reduce pain and discomfort. The Madison chiropractor that I visit helped me set up an exercise plan that would be beneficial for my back pain. He also scheduled me for regular adjustments to keep my body inline and lower my risk of injury. I took the plan and started my quest to get healthy and have less pain through out my body.
