A Gelato Affogato Recipe

Keep your champagne glass in a freezer for about fifteen minutes before taking it out. Now place half cup vanilla gelato in it. Cover your champagne glass with a plastic wrap and place in freezer again. Keep it their till you are ready to eat your gelato affogato. Now in order to go to the second part of your recipe preparation you will need to brew up at least half cup to espresso. While your espresso cools up a notch, utilize the time to whip up some cream so that it forms stiff peaks. Now bring out the champagne glass and pour the espresso followed by whipped cream.
