Overall this is a very good phone for someone wanting a touchscreen
I was disappointed with the lack of Applications for the Samsung Monte, but more are becoming available as time goes by. I find the touchscreen odd to use as I’m only familiar with “real” buttons, but as I practice, the better I get. 3G+, 3G and GPRS all work and the speed of connection is very impressive on 3G and 3G+. I tried my home WiFi and initially the phone would not connect to WPA although it saw the network OK. By changing my router to have dual WPA and WPA2 I can now connect quickly and easily. I’m still finding my way around the phone, Overall this is a very good phone for someone wanting a touchscreen with extras, but not wanting to pay the earth for the privelidge!
