I have a doctor that really works with me for the things that I would really like to do. I had thought for many years that I was getting quite a sufficient amount of calcium in my diet, since I had consumed plenty of animal and dairy products on a daily basis, and thought that this was adequate for that. But what was my surprise when my doctor told me that I was calcium deficient, and that I would need to add Plant Calcium to my diet, in order to avoid getting osteoporosis!
