I truly enjoyed nursing my baby for that first special year together, but as she got older, it eventually became to switch her to regular milk as I had my other three children. Almost immediately she developed a rash on her face, chest, and back. She was terribly itchy and uncomfortable but had no other symptoms. The doctor did some allergy tests and concluded she was displaying milk allergy symptoms. This is really frustrating, especially since we live on our own dairy farm. I had my first child when I was twenty years old and getting back in shape was fairly easy for me. I can not remember now for the life of me when the last time I woke up feeling entirely rested from the day before.
