getting my own workout plan together can be touugh enough imaginre being a personal trainerr. this would be a very challenging job right. i know that in hte end it is all up to you but a good personal traininer can really help you in areas where you might be weaker then inn others. this is their job and it is a great one. this is the job of a life time and i would love to do it myself. getting in real nutrition is the biggest part of the entire thing too in my opinion. this is also where i lack the most.
