Two of our wedding enlargements came via Fedex today from our new york wedding studio in NYC (we live in LA). Summer is finally here after a long cold winter and the last thing I want to do over a weekend is to stay indoors. I have quite a big patio area so I wanted a Patio Storage Bench that I could use to store my gardening tools and to also sit and rest during my gardening sessions. There is such a wide choice of benches to choose from that I had no problem finding what I was looking for. There is enough room under the bench seat to store all my tools too. I wasn’t sure if the storage area would be waterproof, but it is which is another benefit.

The seller financing contract that this software made was superb. Even the buyer was amazed as I showed him this software that made it easy for me to draft this agreement. Well, I didn’t even have to literally ‘draft’ it. I just put in our transaction information in the forms that were so intuitive, clicked on done and then it’s finished. Technology has advanced greatly that I think we won’t need lawyers anymore! Can you believe a world without a lawyer?
