I was just at a new client’s home. She is planning to hire me to redo our second floor bathroom and hallway. I need to get back to the office and come up with my list of recommendations. I know the first thing I will be telling her about is that she should remodel all of the bathrooms at once. This way we can get rid of the small bathtubs, and replace them with larger, more modern ones. If she concentrates on the three bathrooms in the house, we can get all the major construction work done. The hallway will only involve new lighting fixtures and paint. That will be an easy job in comparison to the bathrooms.

I am always looking for good things to give as gifts to my many relatives. It seems there is always some gift giving occasion coming up, so I tend to just buy things whenever I see them and hold on to them until I need them. One of my neighbors has this bright idea to sell fiber optical attenuator. He says that he knows he can find a good source and can make a profit selling them. He wants to sell them at the flea market in the next town. I told him that I’m not so sure there would be a steady market for them. He seems to think that there is already. Being a trucker used to be a lot easier and a lot more financial stable.
